Additional information: We noticed the skin of the chicken was falling off the meat effortlessly. Thursday, feb 14 I ordered the 16 meal deal with the skin of the chicken falling off the meat but didn’t suspect anything of it until about 2 hours later began to feel nauseous and been having diarrhea for 3 nights now. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
