I ate last night at 9 oclock i had the 10 original hot bone in with fries and about 30 mins after that i felt the deep pain and had to throw up on top of diarrhea and feeling dizzy and this has been going on all night its 750 in the morning i think i need to go to the hospital i cant even go into work at 9 because this is so painful i everytime i try to lay down i get dizzy and run to the bathroom to throw up | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
