/I think it was Nathan's Angus bun length hot dogs I ate a hot dog last night and today for lunch at 1pm then around 3 pm I got severe stomach pain at my foot Doctors office I had a small bowel movement then at home around 4 pm I had Severe pain again and had diarrhea about 4 to 6 times and now I got a sudden headache with sour stomach and nausea. 09/30 update: I had one episode last night and this morning my stomach is still a little sour and nauseous but I feel better. It could've been my gallbladder. I shouldn't have ate hot dogs anyways | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache, Stomach Pain
