Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache, other: OtherSuspected source: Frozen Tyson buffalo wings that's all I ate all day I went bed and woke cause I had pooped on myself my stomach hurt so bad cramps throwing up I feel so bad I can't get out of bed just poop which I been doing every since I eat the wings my head hurts my stomach hurt and I have to have a trash can to throw up in like I I had nothing to eat but the wings and bottle water the wings by Tyson cause it I ate nothing else
Onset: About 2 hours after eating them
Duration: Iam still having them right now feeling sick to stomach and I have the poops real bad like every 15 mins for a couple hours I may need to go too the ER
Additional information: It's just iam sick and I can't go anywhere without having to pop every 15 mins so I can't go to work I | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
