15 July 2024 around 1200 I bought a Chicken sandwich from Woolworths at Cape Town airport. About 4 hours later I started Vomiting, had diarrhoea for about 4 hours followed by Cold shivers. The following day I slept all day with headaches. The evening of the 16th I sweated severely (changed three times) | Symptoms: Vomiting, Headache, Diarrhea, Nausea, Sweating
