07/20 Update: The sardines were bought here on 30th June 2021. I am feeling OK now. It is very hard to know if I was poisoned or if they just didn't agree with my system. Have decided to give sardines a miss from now on. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
