Not sure Started feeling bad after lunch yesterday. Did not eat dinner because stomach was upset. Woke up at 2:30am with diarrhea and dry heaves. Was up and down about 10 times through the night. Currently have a headache and low temp of 99.6 which is a fever for me as I am normally 97.3 especially upon waking.  It happened on 7/8/21, | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Nausea, Vomiting
