As of this report this was our first and only meal on this trip to Costa Rica. My wife became violently ill after eating here and I did not. We both ate or tried everything we ordered except the side salad that came with the arroz con pollo. She ate that item on her own and it was very clearly tainted. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
