Be careful,of any and all so called Japanese restaurants in Montréal and suburbs. The majority of them are run by non-Japanese cooks who no little to nothing about the real art of Japanese cooking and are apt to the same kinds of food-borne illnesses of any other food shops. I doubt they are selling and cresting real japanese sushi and sashimi so be careful where and what you eat.
