Ordered sushi from Yoko's Tuesday, April 1st for evening pick up like I have every Tuesday there for the past year. Ate 3 rolls that night and felt fine, refrigerated the rest. 18 hours later had refrigerated sushi leftovers and immediately had diarrhea. Had diarrhea again that evening before bed. Severe stomach pain around 10:00 p.m. then I started throwing up every 45 minutes then a few more times for a total of six times until 6:00 a.m. I was extremely weak and dehydrated the rest of the day on Thursday with no appetite. Getting up to walk was exhausting. Did not have fever at any point. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain
