Shrimp Illness Leads to ER - Yoshinoya, Los Angeles California

On Monday, Oct 3rd we had Yoshinoya for dinner. When I woke up the next morning I was sick, started vomiting, had diarrhea, was dizzy, had a fever and couldn't walk. I drank lots of water and laid down. When I woke up, it started all over again. My husband took me to Kaiser Emergency on Cadillac Ave. I was there for several hours. They gave me an IV, took blood, and did an X-ray on my stomach. The doctor said I had food poisoning. Yoshinoya was the only food I ate on Monday. And, when I was vomiting over and over again, the only thing that came up was the shrimp! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness
