I cooked the fish as stated, in fact it was in the oven for longer then it said on the box. I excitedly took a bite of it, it tasted sandy/dusty and then I found this worm like thing hanging from my mouth so I immediately thew it out. I was up all night with nausea and vomiting and blood in stool. It's the morning after and I am still feeling quite ill.
