- comments: 2-501. 11 observed inadequate sanitizer for responding to vomit and diarrhea clean up. Instructed to provide adequate supplies. Priority foundation 7-38-005.
41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: 3-304. 14 observed wiping cloths not stored in sanitizing solution. Instructed to store all wipes in a sanitizing solution.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: 4-601. 11(c) observed non food contact surfaces with accumulated grease debris. Instructed to clean.
50. Hot & cold water available; adequate pressure
- comments: 5-103. 11(b) observed inadequate hot water at the 3 compartment sink and at the hand washing sink. Hot water was only reaching 51f at the time of the inspection. Instructed that hot water must maintain 110f at the 3 compartment sink and 100f at the hand washing sink at all times. Priority violation 7-38-030(c).

- comments: 5-205. 15(a) observed the grease trap backing up. Instructed to repair. Priority violation 7-38-030(c).

- comments: 6-501. 12 observed all ceilings, walls and floors with accumulated grease debris and accumulated dirt debris on the floor. Observed accumulated dust debris on the vents located on the ceiling. Instructed to clean all.

- comments: 2-102. 13 observed food handler certificates are expired. Instructed to meet requirement and renew certificates.
