Sat Nov 2: Ate chicken, salad, hummus, cucumber yogurt at 2pm, finished eating refrigerated leftovers of the same meal at 6pm. Vomiting began 230am, diarrhea started an hour later. Both were severe and continued through 530-6 am. Weak and nauseated next 24 hours. Hard to hold down fluids. Monday Nov 4: some residual nausea, very weak, a rash, looks like heat rash, developed on chest and has spread to arms today, Nov 5, although my nausea is gone and I feel I am now mostly recovered. I did not eat anything else that day and I am certain something in that meal was contaminated, possibly with salmonella. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Skin Rash
