My elder brother my niece and my Dad.. together with me are down with severe food poisoning and Zam Zam is the only place we had the same food on 17th feb Sat. The fish from the briyani is cold and hard... the mutton is cold... we all had super watery stools.. body aches.. stomach cramp.. and fever. Horrible :(
Also, my mum and sis in law also have diarrhea. Reported to National Environmental Agency. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Body Ache
