Additional information: Ordered burrioto with lamb on Saturday and became unwell just a few hours later. I was vomitting from 4 am until 12 pm every 20-30 mins and had diarrhea. I couldn't even keep down fluid or a strepsil. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
