Ate zatarains blackened chicken Alfredo frozen bag meal and was woke up 6 to 7 hours later with extreme nausea which was followed by vomiting which contained the undigested food. Nausea vomiting diarrhea and low grade fever. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
