I bought a zatarains frozen chicken and sausage gumbo on September 28,2024. On Sunday, September 29 I became ill with severe cramps,nausea, chills, body aches, headache and watery diarehha. I tried to self treat myself but after my conditions didn't improve I went to the ER on Friday,October 4,2024. I was diagnosed with Gastroenteritis. I'm still recovering slowly and taking antibiotics due to this matrer. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Body Ache, Gas
