Chicken Salad Sandwich for lunch. By 4:30 was cramped up in pain in stomach. Was sweating and had vomiting. Massive headache also. Took cold shower, laid down, rubbed stomach clockwise to ease. Around 7:30 had explosive diarea. Never had this happen before in my life. Around 9:30 felt ok. Took 2 ibuprofen and 2 tylenols for pain over this time frame. Drank 1 glass of water, and added a 20mg Pepcid. Next day, feeling great. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Sweating
