On 9/20/2019 I had lunch with my mother. I purchased the Southern TLC Fillet sandwich meal. Later that evening I had a fever and chill and then diarrhea. That Sunday I went to the hospital due to abdominal pain I was dehydrated. I was sent home and went back to the hospital Monday and hospitalized.
