Ate wings. Puked twice in 30 minutes about 4 hours later. Fever, chills, and severe nausea until ~6 hrs after last vomiting episode. Took Zofran, Benadryl, and meclizine. Eating 12 hours later. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Fever, Chills
