Prolonged Illness After Wings - Zaxby's, Bishopville South Carolina

I had ordered the wing meal on March 31 around 2 PM. About 6 hours after getting the food, I became very sick. I was nauseated, vomiting and severe diarrhea. Today is April 6 and I'm still having all the symptoms. Went to my doctor today and they were able to prescribe medication for all of my symptoms. Praying this helps.
