Additional information: Severe illness, I had a house zalad for dinner on Tuesday February 25 and woke up at midnight with severe stomach pain, vomiting, and diarrhea. I had headaches, chills, body aches, and fevers up to 101.4 all day yesterday February 26 and was unable to eat and struggled to keep down fluids. Today, February 27 I am having a slightly easier time keeping down fluids, but am still having severe diarrhea and body aches, my fever is less severe as well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Body Ache
