Cobb Zalad with mixture of fried and non-fried chicken. Ate half of salad around 9:30pm on October 10, 2020. Rushed to bathroom around 7 am on October 11, 2020 with bouts of diarrhea, vomiting, and nausea still occurring at 11:26am. Ate half of salad, just myself is sick, 7 to 8 hours before symptoms started. Plan to discard remainder of salad. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
