My partner & both I had the surf & turf meal with strawberry lemonade &iced tea (chicken only because the restaurant had no shrimp).

Couple hours later both of us started with headaches, not feeling well, & then we both keep running to separate bathrooms.

Luckily, I didn’t eat my whole meal because the food tasted disgusting. My partner unfortunately ate all of his. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Headache
