On april 18 i had nothing to eat and had fadis steak salad for lunch and a few hours later I had a very strong stomach ache as well as other stomach issues. After trying several pain medications I was able to control the stomach pain but had kidney pain, Just me. I have been intermittent fasting so i had not eaten for 12ish hours before but got sick about 4 hours after lunch | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Stomach Pain
