I drank strawberry fanta in a small bottle (250 ml I think) and the next morning severe flatulence, bloating that hurt a lot, constipation and chemical gas coming out of my mouth.

i had spinach this afternoon,and i usually only have a single bowel movement in the morning,so here i am having spinach left in room temperature overnight in a plastic bag unwashed,but i washed it before cooking,so anyway i had diarrhea and i felt weak and like i wanted to sleep.that's my story!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Weakness
