Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: Not sure maybe El Gaucho. Other couple same symptoms
Onset: 12 to 24 hours
