Ate one chocolate muffin; had not eaten anything else that day. about two hours later, I became suddenly very ill. Fever, abdominal pain, diarrhea and vomiting. Will never eat their muffins again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Had a horrible stomach pain. Followed by diarrhea. And finally vommitted all the food out. Had the traditional breakfast meal answer butternut squash soup. Soup was not warm at all.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

We bought the French croysan in MacDonald, Food Court of Sherway garden mall at December 27, 2016. My 3 year's dauther and I ate it . When we went to the bed we started wometed,. It continued before 3 a.m.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
