I think pizza or toping on it such as chicken or cream base My boyfriend ate a whole pizza, one person got sick. Symptoms started 30 minutes after he finnished the pizza. His belly start to ache and after 2 hours he started to vomit and got diarrhoea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
