Hello, on Sunday January 21, 2024, we ate at McDonald's. We had hamburgers, cheeses and double cheese and a happymeal for my little one who was not sick. My wife and I had vomiting and diarrhea and abdominal cramps. The doctor confirmed food poisoning for us.

We ate macdo last night and in the night our daughter woke up with nausea and diarrhea my spouse vomited this morning and me diarrhea this morning and our other two children have stomach ache  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
