Ate salmon noodles in lounge - felt heartburn on the flight 2hs after (have not eaten anything else), woke up in my hotel from stomach pain - next day violent diarrhoea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Something else, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Heartburn
