Went to MacDonald's in Werdohl last night with little sister and brother. Little sister and I had fries and cheeseburgers, brother only had ice cream. Sister and I are vomiting all day now, but my brother is fine.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
