Bought and ate Wienerle and cheese twister from the bakery shop, a few hours later severe headaches, severe chills, then nausea, diarrhea, fever. All 3 of us ate from the bakery shop, my sister and my daughter (22 months) and I, and all symptoms are still ongoing
