Ate pizza with peperoni mushroom and pineapple then I felt nausea within 30/45 mins, now extreme pain in my stomach and diarrhea. Wanna die. They wanted to give me another pizza. Jesus.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
