I experienced nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea 48 hours after arriving to Beaches Ocho Rios. I ate the jerk chicken pizza about 5 hours before symptoms began. I recovered from severe symptoms in about 12 hours and felt fully back to normal in about 24 to 36 hours.… See more

September 2021 - About 20 people out of 50 guest in my group were ill for 1 to 3 days! Uncontrollable Diarrhea and vomiting..Stomach cramping/bloating

Today , Not sure but I believe it was something she ate  We’re on vacation attending a destination wedding. Many people on the resort got sick, in our group at least 5 people were really sick and others complained of stomach problems. The symptoms started on the 3rd day we were here.   | Symptoms: Other
