Ordered Tacos from Jamie's Tacos, Msida, Malta. They were preparing pancakes for the morning, noticed they were covered in flies but had already paid and was hungry. Two days later I fell ill with stomach cramps, the runs, headache and nausea. 5 days on I still have the cramps.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Headache
