We ate pizza from that establishment and when we got home we had diarrhea, chills, a lot of stomach pain. We've been in a lot of pain for 3 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Chills

I ate half of a chicken bake and in less than an hour I had stomach pain, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.
The next day the diarrhea worsened and then I had facial paralysis after a severe episode of pain, I still have vomiting and diarrhea after four days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
