On May 5, 2022 I went out to eat at a McDonald's restaurant in Plaza Nezahualcoyotl, which is on 4th Avenue, I consumed a double quarter-pound Mctrio and a Mcflurry from others, at the end I started feeling nauseous, today May 6, 2022 I still have diarrhea all day
