Food Safety Reports: Punta Sam, Quintana Roo, Mexico

Became sick at resort a little over half way through trip. Wife became sick shortly after returning home. Both had same symptoms. She was seen in Emergency Department and had her stool tested and she was positive for Shigella. Absolutely miserable bacterial infection.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
