August 23, 2023 around 2 pm we had a McDonald's duo menu We are 2 people: an adult and a child, one menu contains a wrap and cheeseburger, and the other a wrap and chicken burger, and all day we felt stomach pains and we ended up vomiting.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain
