Got sick after a few days., My grandson and my grand daughter always eat bread with nutella. After a few days they had fever, diarrhea, nausea and stomach pain. They were brought to the hospital on a separate date. First the boy and after 2 days the girl.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain
