I received the food, and the mushrooms looked jelly-like... I've been vomiting for 24 hours, weak, cold like fever, headache... I didn't keep an eye... I don't remember ever feeling this sick...  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Fever, Headache
