Chicken Fever, chills started evening of Friday, June 5 followed by vomiting & diarrhea. Went to urgent care twice. Had bloodwork and sent stool sample to lab. Had a Strawberry Acai refresher. Strawberries looked a bit off but thought it was due to the acai and the water. Next morning has extreme nausea and after going to the bathroom multiple times, finally saw the undigested strawberries.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
