I went out to lunch with co-workers and once I arrived home I had hot and cold chills, high fever, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea! When I contacted my coworkers to see if they had any symptoms..they all said they suffered the same symptoms!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

I went around 4:30 yesterday April 7th and had a wierd feeeling in my stomach all night. I went to sleep and woke up around 3:30am and was vomiting everywhere and had insane diarrhea and could control my own bowls.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
