Was lunch time decided to go to subway. Arrived there at about 11:30 ordered the usual meatball foot long. Got back to work an 45 minutes later my stomach was turning. Got light headed and up came all my lunch. One and half hours later my stomach is still in pain and the symptoms persist.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
