Sirloin salad
Within 20 to 30 minutes of meal had cramping and diahrea lasting for 6 hours.

This is the third time ice gotten sick after eating at this restaurant. It is not a coincidence. Very dirty dining room, can't imagine what kitchen looks like.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
