Chicken Tender with fry meal on evening of the June 14th. Woke with severe cramps, frequent diarrhea, chills, fever, nausea. Today is June 19 still experiencing issues  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
