Not sure.  I got food, nacho supreme, soft taco supreme through drive thru yesterday about 5:30pm. I started vomiting around 10:30 pm with diarrhea soon following and it went on all evening into this morning.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate 3 crunchy tacos on Friday 3/16 at around 2:30 in the afternoon. I began with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and fever the next morning at around 6:00 a.m. The illness lasted until late evening on 3/17. Still having headache on 3/18.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
