Clams and muscles just left out....not on ice.....no water. Everything opened up when cooked....but everyone got sick. I'm pretty sure they aren't storing the shellfish correctly......no water to filter....so they end up filled with bacteria.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
